roller air shower pass boxes
Princeples:
Roller air shower pass box are cominbed with pass through box and manual roller conveyor roller .
box's material is stainless steel 304 r 316, it is composed of double manual door , HEPA filters,, primary filters, Blower fans, Nozzles. When goods into pass through box,
it will be infrated by sensor to blowing to remove the dust particle from goods, the two doors are interlocked,
it means that one door open, the other one must be closed, therefore it is prevent the airflow convection between non clean room and clean room, to keep the cleanliness of clean room.
The conveyor is manual roller type, which is usually installed in the corner of workshop, suitable for the narrow space.
