Vertical Slide Door Air Shower Pass Through

PLC Control Logic For Air Shower Pass Through:

 Sensor1 +Front Vertical Slide Door 1 + Haoairtech Auto Conveyor Line+ Sensor 2+Air Shower Pass Box+Back Vertical Slide Door2 + Sensor 3

 Sensor1:  This sensor should be fix on  auto conveyor line at end postion next to vertical front door 1

 Sensor 2:  This should be fix inside of air shower pass box.  

 Sensor 3:  This should be fix on auto conveyor line next to back vertical slide door 2 . 

1: When the carton pass the sensor 1 , the system will be give single to door. so that front vertical slide door open. meanwhile the keling auto conveyor line start working .

 2: When the carton pass the sensor 2 , system will be make the front door closed, and both door interlocker ,the self-clean system begain working (0-60S) adjustable .

 3: after the self-clean system finshed, the back side vertical slide door 2 will be opened , the system will be give singe to keling auto conveyor and yourself auto conveyor line start working ,

 4: when the carton pass the sensor 3 . the system remind the vertical slide door2  closed and keling conveyor line stop working.

 Note : 

1: when the carton1 still inside the pass box , or still not pass the sensor3,  if there are new carton arrived sensor1, the system can not give any single to front door, untill the carton1 pass the  sensor 3 .
