High temperature HEPA filter is an air filter that can withstand temperatures up to 250°C. It uses stainless steel as the frame and glass fiber filter paper as the filter material. Widely used in the spraying industry, oven, chemical, ultrasonic industry and other high temperature purification sites.
The Deep Pleated design uses an aluminum separator as a divider that divides the filter media and creates a airflow path tunnel.
This is similar to the normal hepa filter which achieves an efficiency rating of H13 99.97% @ 0.3micron and H14 99.995% @ 0.3 micron. Different efficiencies can be achieved using different fiberglass materials. Each High temperature HEPA filter is tested by smoke to ensure that the filter is not leaking. Packed in plastic bags to prevent long-term storage from being oxidized. A single filter is packed in carton and then secured with wooden boxes to ensure safety during transport.
Installation and Usage
Do not use any sharp objects to touch the fragile glass filter. Do not touch the glass filter material with your hand while carrying the filter. The outer frame can only be lifted by hand or machine for installation. During usage, do not raise the temperature to above 250°C in a short time directly. The best way is to increase the temperature by 50°C per hour. Finally stabilized to between 200°C and 250°C. In order to ensure the service life of the High temperature HEPA filter, it is necessary to add a primary filter, glass fiber primary air filter can be used to collect large particles of dust to enlarge high temperature HEPA filter service life.
