The HEPA air filter unit box is used as the terminal filter device fixed in class1000-300000 clean rooms ceiling. The difference between FFU and HEPA Unit is that the efficient air supply outlet has no motor power and needs to rely on the central air conditioning system to supply air to achieve indoor air circulation  

It is the key equipment to meet the purification requirements.
