Customizable Dynamic Pass Box For Clean Room Purification Workshop

Introduction:

Dynamic pass box is a kind of auxiliary equipment for clean room. 

It is mainly used to transfer small objects between clean room and non-clean area or between clean rooms with different levels and different pressures. 

On the one hand, it acts as an air brake to prevent high pressure from being relieved in high-level clean room. 

On the other hand, it realizes self-purification in the process of re-transmission so as to ensure the self-cleaning of articles entering clean area and reduce cross-contamination caused by objects. 

The blowing time can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the manual switch, so as to maximize self-purification and energy saving effect.

Basic Performance Requirements

1.Cleanliness requirements in laminar flow pass boxs: Class B

2.Internal and external double-layer shell, internal circumferential arc treatment, to ensure seamless connection;

3.Laminar flow design is adopted. Up-feed and down-return mode is adopted for the flow direction. The punching design of 304 stainless steel cold-rolled plate is adopted at the bottom.

4.Filter: G4 is used for primary effect filter and H14 is used for high efficiency filter.

5.Wind speed: After the high efficiency filter, the outlet wind speed is controlled at 0.38-0.57 m/s (tested at 150 mm under the high efficiency outlet equalizer).

6.Differential Pressure Function: Display the filter differential pressure (range efficiency 0-500 Pa/ medium efficiency 0-250 Pa), accuracy (+5 Pa);

7.Control function: fan start/stop button, with built-in electronic door interlocking, setting ultraviolet lamp, designing a separate switch;

8.The high efficiency filter can be disassembled and installed separately from the upper box for easy maintenance and replacement of the filter.

9.An overhaul opening is arranged at the lower part of the pass box for the maintenance of the fan.

10.Noise: Noise < 65 dB in normal operation of pass box;

11.Effective air distribution plate: 304 stainless steel mesh plate.
