Introduction:

Air shower passage is the necessary passage for people/goods to enter the clean room. In order to reduce the large amount of dust particles brought by people/goods entering and leaving the clean room, installing a fully functional "air lock room" at the entrance of the clean room can reduce the number of air pollution particles. When people/goods pass through, the polluted particles are shot out by highly clean air filtered with high efficiency. The high wind speed of 22-25m/s ensures that the drifting particles can be basically filtered out by two-stage filters of initial efficiency and high efficiency.

A modular assembly method is provided, which can be assembled into various lengths of air shower sizes according to actual needs.

Material

Cabinet material:

1.All power coated steel air shower room, the inner floor and nozzle and handle are stainless steel.

2.The outside is made of power coated steel and the inside is made of stainless steel.

3.The outside is made of cold plate and the inside is made of stainless steel.

Air shower room doors are mainly full glass and translucent window doors optional

Door material:

The door has transparent windows. The material can be made of cold-rolled steel plate, stainless steel or colored steel plate.

Channel Floor Material:

Nozzle:

With multi-angle adjustable stainless steel nozzle, the diameter of nozzle is 25 mm.

Door control system:

with stainless steel electric lock, stainless steel door closer.

Urgent stop switch:

In case of failure in the air shower room, the power supply can be cut off immediately, so that all the doors in the air shower room are open.

Induction control system of air shower chamber: infrared induction shower, PLC control, LED display shower time, shower time can be set to 5S-99S, the initial time of air shower is generally set to 15 seconds, touch micro switch

Lighting system:

equipped with clean lighting, compared with ordinary lighting, more suitable for the principle of clean room lighting. Ultraviolet bactericidal lamp can be configured according to customer's requirements

Fan:

equipped with large air volume and low noise centrifugal fan, the wind speed can reach 22-25 m/s of super wind speed, providing efficient injection for effective dust cleaning.

Sole cleaner:

Sole cleaner can be configured according to customer's requirements.
