Hepa Panel Air Filters are compact design. In case of similar installation sectional module, it has larger filtering area,
higher air flow and lower air drag. It is normally used as the end filter installed in the ceiling of the cleaning rooms or at the higher efficient air outlet.

The haoairtech brand MINI PLEAT Filter is a HEPA type of filter, designed to take out the finest of particles.

These HEPA type filters are designed to remove 65% to 98% of all airborne matter.

The filter uses a special media intended to capture both small and large particles with minimum airflow restriction.

The MINI PLEAT construction is designed to give the filter more surface area. This filter has an average of over 5 times as much surface area as most pleated filters.

High efficiency particulate air filter allow the almost complete separation of sub-micron particles. Ultrafine micro-glass papers are used as filter media, which are pleated to provide filter-media surfaces which are 40 to 100 times the area of the face dimension. As a result of this, an especially slow airflow occurs which supports the diffusion arrestance of the sub-micron particles. Effective pre-filtration of coarse particle fractions is necessary as mandatory .

Our specifically designed and fabricated ultra clean HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) and ULPA
(Ultra Low Penetration Air) filters are reckoned for their consistent performance and reliability.
HEPA filter removes up to 99.97 % of particles greater than 0.3 microns in diameter from air/gas. Further, our range of ULPA filters is known for offering 99.997 % efficiency for particles down to 0.12 micron.

ULPA filter stands for Ultra Low Particulate Air. Growing market demand from advanced science and technology led to development of ULPA filters which provide a minimum of 99.999% efficiency (0.001% maximum penetration) on 0.3 micron particles for achieving better cleanliness classes and cleaner working environments.

These are used for ultracleanrooms, where contamination levels have to be controlled at levels better than that which can be achieved with conventional HEPA filters.

Modular Softwall Cleanrooms are designed to provide clean environments from Class 100,000 to Class 10 (ISO Standards Class 3 thru Class 8).



This softwall cleanroom system consists of a Tubular Steel Frame Structure that supports the Ceiling Grid and Clear Vinyl Curtain Wall material.

Filtered air is provided by Self Powered Filter Units mounted in-Ceiling that draw outside air thru a Prefilter and deliver filtered air through a Hepa filter into Cleanroom.

Laminar Air Flow units are made out of S.S304 / 316 /316L inside and outside can be either S.S 304 / 316 / 316L OR G.I Powder coated, Laminar Air Flow is available at different sizes as per Clients Requirement.
