      What should we pay attention to Installation And Adjust The HEPA Filter In Cleanroom 

     HEPA Filter Installation conditions： 

        1: the hepa filter should be installed in constant temperature, constant pressure

         and constant humidity environment. If you need fix in special environment,

         (such as high temperature, high humidity), please choose special HEPA filter.

          Terrible environment will reduce filter life. Even if can not work well, please

         check the media and the frame if all right before install. Otherwise please

         contact us.

   Installation HEPA filter Detial : 

       when you install the HEPA filter, please pay attention for the air proof between

       the filter and install frame, (or cabinet). The carriage bolt press on the

      gasket 1/3 thickness should be best. We advise use our company gasket to

      ensure the air proof (If you use the High temperature filter, it must be use

       our high temperature gasket).

 Replacement the HEPA filter : 

      when you change the filter, please clear the rust on the wall in case of the

      rust and particular fall on the filter media as result broken.

    NOTE : 

    1:  please install the filter according to the air flow arrow direction. 

     The arrow direction is air flow outlet.

     2:  please hold the filter frame by hands and move it into vent slowly.

   You can not support the filter media by hands or head.
