What Should We Do Before Use The High Temperature HEPA  Filter

Haoairtech brand high temperature hepa air filter have very good quality. 

But this kind of HEPA air filter special than any other type HEPA filter.  

 If you don’t know how to use it,it very pity to destroy the high cost  HEPA air filter .

Usually all of the 250℃ high temperature glue and gasket have silicone element in market.  

so  before you begin use the high temperature HEPA air filter, 

you need make  sure the glue and gasket get dry completely in advance,

The follow our  step one by one, only this way can make the high temperature air filter get completely dry :

            1: Keep the air filter in 80℃ for 2 hours,    

            2: Then turn the temperature to 150℃ and keep the air filter in 150℃ for 2 hours.    

            3: 2 hours later , adjust the 150℃ to 200℃ for 2 hour,  

            3:  2 hours later,stop the system, take off the heap air filter,

Put it in a good ventilation place and wait it until get cool completely.               

Note:  

1:  all of this action want glue and gasket get dry step by step completely! 

As long as the glue and gasket get dry, there will be no too much bad smell in next time. 

and the bad smell will be decrease day by day until there is no any smell.

 2: there is no gasket get burn, actually it just get dry,

    the fresh red color change to orange red color !
