Usual Air Handling Methods in Clean Room

There are two kinds of usual air handling methods in clean room. MAU+AHU+HEPA（short for AHU System）and MAU+FFU+DC dry coil(short for FFU System).

Through the comparison of this two methods, it is concluded that FFU acts as a purification cycle unit in the purification air conditioning system, and the circulating air volume in the clean room is equal to the total air volume of the FFU. The air in the clean room is into the clean room by FFU from the clean ceiling, and the circulating air is back to the ceiling through the return air sandwich. The circulating air exchanges heat with the DC dry coil installed in the sandwich when passing through the return air duct.
