Class I special clean operating room, applies to arthroplasty, organ transplantation, Brain surgery, Cardiac surgery, aseptic operation of gynaecology surgery.

Class II Standard clean operating room, applies to Thoracic surgery, Plastic Surgery, Urology Surgery, hepatopancreatobiliary surgery, surgery of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Oocyte retrieval and aseptic operation of general surgery.

Class III General clean operating room、apply to general surgery(except surgery of Class I), gynaecology and obstetrics etc;

Class IV Semi-clean operating room which apply to department of anus andintestine surgery and Polluting surgery etc.
