Air filters can be divided into primary filter, medium efficiency filter, high efficiency filter and sub-efficient filter model according to their working principle.

Primary air filter

Often made of man-made fiber filter, the frame is made of a sturdy, moisture-proof cardboard frame.
It will not deform, crack or twist under normal operating conditions. The filter material is fixed diagonally before and after the outer frame.
The filter material is tightly bonded to the outer frame to prevent air leakage.
It is mainly used for primary filtration of air conditioning and ventilation systems, clean room return air filtration, and pre-filtration of local high-efficiency filtration devices.
It is mainly used to filter dust particles with particle size of 5μm and above. Also used for primary protection of multi-stage filtration systems.
The filter material includes non-woven fabric, nylon mesh, aluminum mesh, stainless steel mesh, etc.,
And the non-woven filter material is subjected to finishing treatment to prevent secondary pollution caused by breakage of the non-woven fibers.

Medium efficiency air filter

The styles are mainly bag, plate and folding.
The efficiency includes EN779 F5 (40-45%), EN779 F6 (60-65%), EN779 F7 (80-85%), EN779 F8 (90-95%), EN779. F9 (≥97%).
It is mainly used for intermediate filtration and local high-efficiency filtration devices for air conditioning and ventilation systems.
It is mainly used to filter dust particles with a particle size of 0.5μm and above.
Also used for primary protection of multi-stage filtration systems. Filter material is synthetic fiber, pp, glass fiber filter.

High efficiency air filter

The main filter material on the market is made of ultra-fine glass fiber, followed by the relatively high-end PTFE (Teflon) + human fiber substrate, with various efficiency options, including EN1822 H13 (99.95%), EN1822H14 (99.995% ), EN1822 U15 (99.9995%), EN1822 U16 (99.99995%).
Applicable to normal temperature, normal humidity, air filtration containing trace acid and alkali organic solvents.
The product has high efficiency, but high resistance and small dust holding capacity.
It is widely used in aerospace, aviation, electronics, pharmaceutical, bioengineering and other air requirements higher precision areas.

Sub-efficient air filter

The main filter material is made of ultra-fine glass fiber or electrostatic cotton + human fiber substrate, including EN1822 H10 (95%), EN1822 H11 (99%), EN1822 H12 (99.9%) various efficiencies to choose from.
It is suitable for normal temperature and normal humidity, and allows air filtration with trace acid and alkali organic solvents.
The product has high efficiency, but high resistance and small dust holding capacity.
It is mainly used for pre-filtration of high-efficiency filter devices or aerospace, aviation, electronics, Pharmaceutical, bioengineering and other fields where air requirements are relatively high.
